Downtown Authority proposes new parking strategies including free garages and summer rates

During the recent City Commission meeting on July 8, 2025, significant changes to the parking management structure in Delray Beach were discussed, reflecting a shift towards more streamlined decision-making processes. Notably, the Gladiola Lot is recommended to remain unmetered, with the intention of reserving it exclusively for employee parking.
