The app's home page will serve as the central hub for users, allowing them to easily claim and redeem receipts from local businesses. A discovery tab will enable users to browse eligible businesses through both list and map views, ensuring that information about each business—including hours, contact details, and photos—is readily accessible. This initiative aims to incentivize local shopping by making it simple for consumers to engage with their community's economy.

Commissioner Anthony Brown raised concerns about data security, asking how Blue Dot safeguards consumer information. The company assured attendees that user data is encrypted and stored securely, with no information sold or shared with third parties. Users will only need to provide basic information unless they choose to connect their payment cards for transaction tracking.
