El Paso County develops 75-mile linear park and bike trail project

The El Paso County Commissioners Court convened on July 10, 2025, to discuss several key initiatives aimed at enhancing community health and recreational opportunities. Fulton reported a significant increase in participation, with the summer league expected to expand from 150 to 250 teams.
