Cibolo Mayor announces Waste Connections to manage trash and recycling starting July 7

Cibolo residents, get ready for a change in your waste management services! Mayor Mark Allen announced that starting the week of July 7, Waste Connections will take over trash and recycling services in the city.

New Waste Connections carts will begin arriving at your homes, but residents are advised to continue using their current Republic Services carts until they are collected. Republic will still service these carts during the transition period, which will last until July 27. After that date, residents should switch to their new Waste Connections carts.

Steve Berry from Waste Connections expressed excitement about serving the Cibolo community, highlighting that the company will handle trash, recycling, e-waste, household hazardous waste, and bulky item and brush collection.
