Councilman Brewer appointed to Northwest Indiana Regional Development Authority for three-year term

Following the library update, Councilman Brewer opened nominations for the Northwest Indiana Regional Development Authority. Randy Palmetir was nominated and subsequently appointed for another three-year term. Palmetir, who has nearly 30 years of construction experience, highlighted the completion of significant projects, including the South Shore double track, and emphasized his commitment to keeping the council informed about ongoing developments.
