Aldine School District honors Miguel Rodriguez with inaugural Impact Award

The Aldine Independent School District (ISD) Board Meeting held on August 20, 2024, focused on recognizing outstanding contributions from staff members and introducing a new employee award. The first recognition was for Miguel Rodriguez, an alumnus of the Lane School program, who was unable to attend due to family commitments. Following this, the board introduced the inaugural Aldine Impact Award, aimed at celebrating exceptional customer service within the district. Katerra Gisbe, an assistant at Spence Elementary School, was honored as the first recipient of this award.
