Nihadiz Lawn Architects outlines renovations for three local elementary schools

The timeline for these projects is set to begin with design development, expected to be completed by April 2024. Construction is anticipated to start during the summer, with hopes of finishing by the end of the year. However, delays may occur due to equipment lead times.

Board members raised concerns about various aspects of the projects, including the need for effective drop-off and pick-up procedures for parents, emphasizing the importance of customer service in school design. The discussion also touched on the condition of existing roofs, which require cleaning and maintenance to ensure proper drainage and functionality.
