Code enforcement identifies property violations on Eleventh Ave and Passagrill

Damaged siding and overgrown vegetation have put a St. Pete Beach property in the spotlight during the recent Special Magistrate Code Enforcement meeting. The property, located on Eleventh Avenue, has been flagged for multiple violations, including deteriorating siding, a damaged garage door, and excessive outdoor storage.

To address these violations, the Special Magistrate outlined corrective actions that the property owner must undertake. These include removing items stored in public view, trimming overgrown palm trees, and repairing the damaged garage doors and siding. The property has been deemed non-compliant, leading to a recommended fine of $250 per day starting June 17, 2025, along with $330 in administrative costs and potential lien recording fees.
