City Council approves PUD application with conditions for Stephen Schaffer project

A proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) in Farmington Hills is moving forward, but not without conditions that could reshape its final design. During the July 14, 2025, council meeting, members discussed critical adjustments to the project submitted by developer Stephen Schaffer, emphasizing the need for collaboration with the city’s engineering and fire departments.
