School Board balances budget with Chromebook procurement and minimum wage increase

Notably, the procurement of Chromebooks through state funding allowed for a reduction of $130,000 in expected lease payments for the next year. Additionally, the approval of E-Rate funding provided a 70% discount on wireless access point license fees, resulting in further savings of approximately $100,000.
