Lewisville City Council approves fee waiver for Battle of the Badge softball tournament

Additionally, the council began the process of forming a steering committee for the Lewisville 2035 vision plan, aimed at guiding the city's growth and development over the next decade. The council received 98 applications for committee membership and decided to extend the application deadline by two weeks to encourage broader community participation. Seven committee chairs were appointed based on council recommendations, including Brandon Jones and Angela Lewallen, among others.
