Henry Dixon secures school records before joining Marion for track

Henry Dixon, a recent graduate and standout athlete, is set to continue his track career at Marion University after an impressive high school tenure. Dixon, who excelled in both the 110-meter and 300-meter hurdles, set school records in both events, finishing sixth in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 14.22 seconds and achieving a remarkable 1:38.6 in the 300-meter hurdles. His resilience shone through as he overcame early-season injuries to finish strong.

In addition to Dixon, Jalen Wells Henderson, a rising junior, is making waves in both track and baseball. Known for his height and athletic prowess, Henderson has shown exceptional talent as a pitcher, recently clocking pitches at 98 mph. He has also dominated the long jump, remaining undefeated in the event during his freshman year and achieving a fifth-place finish at the state level in both indoor and outdoor competitions.
