New residential subdivision and historic rezoning approved in Christiana 100 area

A significant development plan took center stage at the New Castle County Land Use Committee meeting on July 15, 2025, as officials discussed the Falconer's Row project. This initiative aims to create an 11-lot residential subdivision at the intersection of Buck Road and Mount Shannon Road, with a focus on preserving local history.
