Planning Advisory Committee recommends approval of 2025 Bolton Town Plan

The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC) meeting on July 16, 2025, focused on the approval of the 2025 Bolton Town Plan. Taylor Newton, the planning program director, presented the plan, highlighting its alignment with regional and state statutes.

The board was asked to confirm Bolton's planning process and grant an affirmative determination of energy compliance for the plan.

During the discussion, a minor correction was noted regarding the Bolton Town Plan's reference to the Jericho Town Plan, but no formal changes were required.
