Santa Cruz RTC Proposes 1200-Foot Fence to Enhance Coastal Safety Along Bluffs

The Capitola Planning Commission convened on July 17, 2025, to discuss a significant safety project proposed by the Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC).
