Hampton City Schools Honors State Champion Track Athletes Kellen LaRoche and Tremaine Coart

Kellen LaRoche and Tremaine Coart, both recent graduates of Kecoughtan High School, were celebrated for their exceptional performances at the VHSL Class 5 State Track Meet held in June.

Kellen, who soared to new heights in the high jump, cleared an impressive 6 feet 8 inches, while Tremaine not only clinched the state title in the 800 meters but also set a new state record with a time of 1 minute 50.73 seconds.
