New Development Plan Preserves 150 Trees While Adding Recreational Amenities in Fairfax County

In a recent meeting, Fairfax City officials discussed significant improvements to community amenities and landscaping plans aimed at enhancing local recreational spaces. The proposed development includes two new amenity areas featuring pergolas, grills, and outdoor seating, designed to foster community engagement and outdoor enjoyment.
