Carroll County Honors Jared Jefferson as 2025 Youth of the Year

The Carroll County Board of Commissioners celebrated a significant milestone during their open session on July 17, 2025, by honoring Jared Jefferson as the Boys and Girls Club of Carroll County's Youth of the Year.
