Durham Elementary Celebrates Student Concerts and Pre K Screening for Class of 2039

As the sun dipped low on a warm July evening, the RSU 05 Board gathered to reflect on the past school year while eagerly anticipating the next. The atmosphere buzzed with excitement as members discussed recent events that highlighted the vibrant spirit of their community.

One of the standout moments was the recent pre-kindergarten screening, where the future class of 2039 was introduced. The prospect of welcoming such young learners felt both thrilling and daunting, a reminder of the ever-rolling cycle of education. Board members shared their enthusiasm for the upcoming eighth-grade parent night, which aimed to showcase the exciting opportunities awaiting students as they prepare for high school.
