Hammond Academy Show Choir Wins Gold at State Competition with Fleetwood Mac Show

The RSU 22 School Board meeting on May 21, 2025, showcased the remarkable achievements of the district's music program, highlighted by the recent success of the show choir. The group, which performed a Fleetwood Mac-themed show, earned a gold rating at the state competition, scoring an impressive 97 out of 100 from three judges. This accolade places them among the top three choirs in the state, a significant achievement for the program, especially in only its second year under new leadership.
