Design Team Updates Kindergarten Classroom Plans and School Renovations in Local District

The District 62 Board of Education meeting held on July 21, 2025, focused on significant updates regarding design and construction projects within the district. The discussion then shifted to Central and North schools, where significant renovations and additions are planned. Central will see the addition of new music and art rooms, as well as a revamped library and cafeteria. North School will undergo extensive work, including a new kindergarten wing and cafeteria, designed to meet current educational needs while adhering to floodplain regulations.
