Parks and Rec Celebrates Successful Old Time Fair at Willamette Park

West Linn residents celebrated the success of the recent Old Time Fair at Willamette Park, thanks to the dedicated efforts of the Parks and Recreation department, along with collaboration from Public Works and the police department.
