Pine Crest Clubhouse Approves $456K Roof Replacement Funded by Golf Fee Increases

The discussion also touched on the potential for the city to absorb some of the costs through the general fund, suggesting a split funding approach where half of the roof cost could be covered by the city and the other half through increased fees.
