Gaston County Commission Approves Rezoning Requests for Multiple Properties

Lastly, Matthew Price presented a request to rezone a 1.74-acre parcel from I-2 (general industrial) to C-3 (general commercial) to bring his auto sales business into compliance with zoning regulations. The Planning Board had also recommended approval for this request. However, after discussion, the motion to approve failed due to a lack of a second.
