Park City Council Approves Pearson Construction Bid for 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project

This bid was approved with a motion from Councilmember Jim and a second from Councilmember Linda, again passing with a 7-0 vote.

During the discussion, a representative from Conspec expressed concerns regarding the withdrawal of their bid, citing issues with specific project specifications that limited their ability to compete effectively. The representative highlighted a significant cost difference related to the materials specified in the project, which they argued could impact the overall project budget.
