Vallejo Code Enforcement Pursues Action Against Weitzman for Property Violations

A Vallejo property at 711 Admiral Callahan Lane remains a focal point of concern as code enforcement efforts continue to address ongoing violations. Despite Weitzman's claims of unfair treatment and requests for citation cancellations, the property continued to show signs of neglect, including new graffiti and debris.

In June 2025, Weitzman appealed the second administrative citation, which was approved, leading to a scheduled hearing. However, recent inspections have shown that the property remains in violation, with graffiti and trash still present.
