Board Reviews Comprehensive Plan Progress and Financial Update

The Joint School Construction Board (JSCB) meeting on July 24, 2025, kicked off with a full attendance, except for a few excused members. The meeting began with the acceptance of the previous month's minutes, which passed without opposition.

In a significant update, Secretary Joe Berry reported progress on the comprehensive plan, highlighting ongoing collaboration between staff and outside consultants. Additionally, Berry mentioned that outside counsel is working with Sailor Engineering on a draft feasibility study for a Project Labor Agreement (PLA), which is expected to be ready soon.
