Putnam County Traffic Unit Reports Improved Enforcement and Upcoming Operations

The Putnam County Safety Task Force convened on July 24, 2025, to discuss ongoing traffic safety initiatives and enforcement strategies aimed at reducing accidents and fatalities on local roads, particularly Highway 100. The meeting highlighted the continued presence of Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) troopers in the area, with plans for a joint operation in August to address traffic-related issues.
