Church Proposes Washington Street Improvements for Future Expansion in Belmont County

The Technical Review Committee (TRC) recommended that the vacation of Washington Street be approved, provided that the street is improved to meet county road standards. The church's representatives reiterated their commitment to work with the county on these improvements.
