The Univeta Medical Center is seeking conditional use approval to operate in the existing structure, which is currently zoned for residential office use.

City staff confirmed that no significant changes to the property are required, meaning no site plan approval is necessary. The building will undergo upgrades to accommodate outpatient services, a critical aspect of the proposal. The Planning and Zoning Board previously recommended the project for approval, with a unanimous vote of 5-0, and city officials expressed no awareness of opposition to the plan.

Additionally, the board requested the inclusion of an additional ADA parking space on-site, which the applicant has agreed to provide where feasible.
