The Klein lot, comprising six parcels, has been under city management since its acquisition in 1990, generating approximately $140,000 in annual parking revenue. Meanwhile, the 415 West Washington site, acquired in 1965, has not produced tax revenue but contributes about $15,000 annually from parking.

City representatives noted that the proposal process has progressed swiftly, with a deadline for submissions set for June 20. Anne Rom from CBRE expressed satisfaction with the partnership, highlighting the importance of the project for the city.
