James Trasher, an engineer for the applicant with CHA Consulting, said the development is part of a Brownfield cleanup program and that the team is coordinating with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. “We are working through that with the New York State DEC … deliver this building in 2028 is our goal,” Trasher said.
