Toledo City Council Discusses New Police Central Station and Safety Building Concerns

Toledo's Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Committee convened on July 29, 2025, to address pressing concerns regarding police facilities and community safety. A significant focus of the meeting was the condition of the Toledo Police Department's Safety Building, which has been described as outdated and unsafe, prompting discussions about the need for a new central police station.
