The development team, comprised of notable figures from the sports world, including former NBA champions and Olympic medalists, presented a comprehensive plan that emphasizes job creation and public access. The project is estimated to require an investment of approximately $275 million, with the developers committing to finance, operate, and maintain the facilities at no cost to the city.

Key features of the complex include a multi-use stadium designed to host a variety of events, from soccer and football to concerts and rodeos. The facility will also feature synthetic turf fields, basketball and tennis courts, and a dedicated sports academy aimed at youth development.
