Keizer City Council Approves Welcome Sign Design by Public Arts Commission

A vibrant new welcome sign for the Salem-Keizer area is set to grace River Road, following unanimous approval from the Keizer City Council. The design, crafted by the Kaiser Public Arts Commission (KPAC), features a cherry blossom with a hidden star, symbolizing community spirit and volunteerism, alongside a representation of the river that connects the two cities.
