Gallatin Planning Commission Approves Multiple Development Plans Including Habitat for Humanity Project

The Gallatin City Council meeting on August 4, 2025, spotlighted significant developments in local housing projects, with two major master development plans receiving attention.

First up was the final master development plan for the Meadows Phase 1 A, which proposes 20 lots on 19.6 acres zoned for low-density residential use. Lastly, the Habitat Examiner Court project was presented, seeking to rezone 0.66 acres for a six-unit residential development. This initiative, led by Habitat for Humanity, aims to provide affordable housing options.
