Community Group Discusses Challenges and Plans for River Walk Access and Design

The Northfield Riverwalk Working Group convened on May 21, 2025, to discuss the ongoing development of the Riverwalk project, focusing on logistical challenges and potential pathways for the community. A significant point of discussion was the difficulty of creating a trail section between the railroad and Main Street, which is complicated by steep terrain and existing stormwater structures.
