City Council Approves Rezone to SR 3 for North Artesian Road Development

In a recent Marion City Council meeting, officials engaged in a detailed discussion regarding the rezoning of a property located east of Bluecore North Road and north of Artesian Road. The council moved to approve the second consideration of ordinance number 25-22, which seeks to change the zoning designation from suburban medium density single-family residential (SR 2) to suburban medium density single-family residential SR 3.
