Cowlitz County Council Approves Tax Agreement with Banks Construction Company

Colleton County Council made significant strides during its August 12, 2025 meeting, particularly with the approval of a crucial tax agreement aimed at fostering economic development. The council unanimously authorized a fee-in-lieu-of-taxes agreement with Banks Construction Company, previously known as Project Star.
