Education Officials Address Cohort RA Code Errors Impacting Graduation Reports

The August 2025 LEA Data Meeting held in Utah on August 14 focused on the ongoing updates and adjustments to student data reports, particularly concerning graduation rates. The report is currently unavailable, indicated by a grayed-out status, but officials expect to activate it soon after the updates are completed.

Additionally, LEAs will receive two files via the MoveIt system, containing the same data presented in the graduation rate report. These files will provide detailed information at both the student level and aggregate rates by school and LEA. The goal is to enable LEAs to review completion status codes, exit codes, and graduation outcomes effectively.
