City Council Approves $98,700 Fee for Tree Removals in Wild Spring Subdivision

Weeks stated, "We're saving a beautiful portion of Brushy Creek," and clarified that the removal was necessary as verified by their engineering consultants.

One commissioner expressed interest in examining the heritage trees individually, noting that with only seven trees in question, a more thorough evaluation was warranted.
