City Council Approves FEMA Grant for Flood Mitigation Project on Donna Channel

Taylor City Council has taken a significant step towards flood mitigation by approving a grant for engineering design work related to the city's flood control projects. The original application projected a BCA of 1.27%, and officials are optimistic that the final analysis will meet or exceed this figure.
