County Board Reports $9M Cash on Hand and FEMA Reimbursement Updates

Lincoln County's financial outlook remains strong as the Board of Commissioners reviewed key funding reports during their meeting on August 14, 2025. The county's general fund stands at approximately $2.83 million, with total cash and cash equivalents reaching over $11.23 million by the end of July.

The board noted that they did not need to utilize their Raymond James investment accounts to cover bills while awaiting reimbursements from FEMA, showcasing effective financial management.
