Committee Approves Staggered Terms for Members and Supports Climate Smart Task Force

The Village of Rhinebeck Board of Trustees made significant strides in their recent meeting on August 12, 2025, particularly regarding the formation of a new committee aimed at implementing the comprehensive plan. The board approved a motion to establish staggered terms for committee members, ensuring continuity and effective governance. Members John, Ernesto, Karen, Lisa, and Mimi will serve one-year terms, while Donna, Elijah, Jason, and the chair will serve two-year terms.
