School District Reports Successful Start to Academic Year with Record Bus Timeliness

The Siloam Springs School District celebrated a successful start to the 2025 school year during the recent Board of Education meeting. Superintendent highlighted the positive atmosphere in schools, noting that students have quickly settled into their routines with minimal issues reported across the district.

In a commendable achievement, the transportation department, led by Steve, has set a new record for efficiency, getting students home significantly earlier than usual. On the first week of school, most students were home by 5:30 PM, a stark contrast to the typical 6:00 or 6:30 PM. This accomplishment reflects the hard work of bus drivers, administrative teams, and teachers who ensured that students, especially younger ones, found their way to the right places.
