Deputy Boyer shared that the city experienced a total of 166 incidents in the past month, with 26 reports filed. Notably, 14 of these incidents were related to transient issues. The report highlighted various calls, including 22 for suspicious activity and 12 disturbance calls, underscoring ongoing public safety concerns.
The council also discussed upcoming music events funded by a grant, which will feature professional touring bands. This initiative aims to diversify the local music scene and attract larger audiences, further enriching the community's cultural landscape.
