Euless City Council Approves Warehouse and Hotel Development Plans

Euless City Council has taken significant steps to enhance local infrastructure and community services during its recent meeting on August 18, 2025. The council approved a site plan for a new 16,253 square foot warehouse at 2140 Regal Parkway, which will feature five suites and is strategically located within an industrial zone surrounded by established businesses. This development is expected to provide essential services and create job opportunities in the area.

The warehouse will include a 26-foot wide fire lane, 19 parking spaces, and a detention pond, ensuring compliance with local regulations. The building's design incorporates a barn aesthetic with steel siding and stone accents, aiming to blend functionality with visual appeal. The council unanimously supported the project, reflecting a commitment to fostering economic growth in Euless.

In addition to the warehouse, the council also approved a specific use permit for a Staybridge Suites hotel at the intersection of East Harwood Road and State Highway 360. This five-story hotel will offer 140 guest rooms, extensive conference space, and amenities such as an outdoor pool and fitness center. The development is projected to create 30 to 50 full-time jobs and cater to both business travelers and airport clientele, capitalizing on the anticipated traffic from the Harwood Road extension.

Furthermore, the council approved a permit for a psychiatric and substance abuse care center within the existing Positive Recovery building on West Euless Boulevard. This facility will provide 24 resident rooms and share amenities with Positive Recovery, enhancing mental health services in the community.

The meeting also included appointments to various boards and commissions, reinforcing the council's commitment to community engagement and governance. With these developments, Euless is poised for growth, improving both its economic landscape and the quality of life for its residents.
