R25-18, for Jefferson County Commons LLC at 3513 Twin City Highway, would divide Tract 1 of Jefferson City Shopping Center Plat into two tracts (1-A and 1-B) to create a new commercial tract in front of the existing shopping center; staff said the total acreage is about 20.6438 acres and that no opposition letters were received.
