Wake County Commissioners Approve Property Transfers to Wake Tech and Wake Med

Wake County officials have taken significant steps to enhance local educational and health services by approving the transfer of county-owned properties during their recent meeting. The Board of Commissioners authorized a motion that includes the transfer of approximately 7.7 acres of land to Wake Technical Community College and 5.14 acres to WakeMed, a nonprofit organization.
