Fulshear City Council Considers Developer Agreement for Commercial Tract Sale

During a recent special city council meeting in Fulshear, Texas, discussions centered around a proposed development project on a 0.77-acre tract zoned exclusively for commercial use. The developer emphasized the challenges faced in attracting viable buyers for the property, noting that traditional options such as restaurants, cafes, and daycares were not feasible due to the site's size and lack of drive-through capability.
